Lucie Greene is a theatrical designer and musician based in Chicago. She earned her BA in Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies from Grinnell College in 2023 and has since brought imaginative  environments to life across stages in the Midwest.

Lucie views art as a ritual of distillation, or a  transformation of the vast and strange into something tangible. She sees theatre as a liminal space, part dreamscape, part excavation site, where broken pieces of our world are briefly reassembled into living dioramas. Her work does not seek to resolve chaos, but to frame it in a moment of stillness, offering of brief moments of clarity, resonance, and transformation.
